A message from Arthur Ioannou
Welcome again to this month’s newsletter and for a brief overview on what is happening at ImaxBG.
Another 7 great articles this month, including Government Assistance, a CPA pathway out of COVID, ATO treatment of ETF’s and mental health
Last month we welcomed Michael Burdette into our team who will lead our Consulting & Business Advisory. Michael has hit the ground running, already making great progress with key clients and adding business insights on our blog section. Soon to be released will be extracts of his book to support our many business owners.
This month we continue to strengthen our business services area and welcome on staff Rosemarie Coles. Rosemarie has over 30 years professional experience in Tax & Business Services.
Her experience covers a broad range of industries and all phases of the business cycle from startups through to business succession. She is a true problem solver who always puts the client first.
Rosie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and following the Western Bulldogs .
We also say goodbye to Rabia who has been with ImaxBG since the early days. Commencing as a new graduate he has worked his way through to being a valuable member of staff. Well liked by his clients he has supported the growth of ImaxBG. Leaving to pursue personal pursuits he goes with our blessing.
Finally, our office has recently upgraded our phones selecting a global system called Dialpad. The process of selecting the new system was extremely valuable, learnt much and fits well into our service of Systems Integration. Key benefits in increasing work productivity are call analytics and Voice Intelligence (transcribes as you speak). More on this later.
Warmly,
Arthur Ioannou
